Most importantly, with the right business model, it allows you to stack predictable profit month after month. This is why the first thing we’ll do is craft your Core Offer (and lead magnet) together 1-on-1. And validate it by getting 3 new clients.
Step 2. Lead & Client Generation
You’re unstoppable when you combine the right offer with a constant flow of leads that respect you. We’ll create your Authentic Authority content to position you as a scarce expert resource. Then we’ll implement your Traffic Engine to attract High-Rollers, people with the problem you solve AND the money to pay you to solve it. This way it takes a fraction of the time, cost and energy to pump fast-moving and premium-quality leads into your already high-converting offer.
Step 3. Retention and Upselling
We add higher tiers for your offer that are easy to deliver. This allows you to upsell 20-30% of your current clients into paying packages worth 2 to 7 times as much that are easy to sell and easy to deliver. You’ll both get more clients and more money per client (without more work).
